Artist Sophie Glover (2010) spent a few hours at ROVI, Ottolenghi's restaurant in Fitzrovia, this week. Ottolenghi was impressed with the results and how she spent time "beautifully capturing the action around the grill and all the love and attention that goes into veg prep". Sophie will be taking part in the Art Sale on March 7th, so if you're interested in purchasing some of her work, do pop by.

Sophie is not the only alumna linked to Ottolenghi, as fellow alumna Ixta Belfrage (2009) works as his development chef. She was recently named the female chef we should have our eye on by Anna Lise Hansen MBE who runs The Modern Pantry.
